I gained my first experience in the field at an international recruitment agency, where I worked as a Brand Manager for the South Moravian Region.

I set up my own business in 2009 and then founded a company – Fenix recruitment company – in 2012. As time went by and with turbulent changes in society, I have been gaining more and more experience, knowledge and contacts in various fields.

What I enjoy most about my job is that I learn with every recruitment project. I have very close relation to technology and industry.
I am fulfilled by the connection between my business, helping people, technology and psychology. This is the magic elixir that keeps driving me forward and fulfilling my professional life.

My passion in life is my children and family, sports and life itself. I live it to the full, courageously and humbly.

I focus on recruitment in Information Technology, Engineering, Sales and Management. I have implemented recruitment projects for both small start-ups and international corporations. Quality of work, trust and openness is and always has been a priority for me.

I came into contact with HR and recruitment in 2015. I worked in a recruitment agency on a project for Amazon, which was starting to build its distribution centre here, which involved recruiting many employees.

After my studies, I started working with a smaller IT company where I was in charge of finance and human resources. I recruited colleagues for IT, sales, finance, marketing and HR positions. We grew the company from 10 people to 130.

What I love about headhunting is its real impact and results – helping companies grow by recruiting the right people for whom a new job is a great fit. I like challenges and multidisciplinarity, which headhunting delivers.

My passions in life are travel, mountains, ferrata, yoga and cooking. I love meeting new people and different approaches to life.
