Yes, this can indeed happen. Especially nowadays, when people change jobs only for the most urgent reasons and go for certainty rather than taking risks. The trend is, unfortunately, for selection processes to take longer. However, you are kept informed weekly throughout the selection process, we update you on the progress and streamline the process as much as possible. If we happened to miss the timeline, the client was always informed and we achieved the goal together.
Our project implementation success rate is 98%. The most common situation is that the selection process is suspended on the part of the company, e.g. when a position is abolished due to reorganisation. However, if this happens, we will keep only a portion of the remuneration paid for the work we have done. You do not pay the remaining part of the fee.
In 2020–2022, none of our recommended candidates left during the guarantee period. Probationary period is not relevant to us. The project specifies a so-called guarantee period, i.e. the period during which we are responsible for the candidate leaving your company, be it for any reason. The guarantee period for expert and middle management positions is 6 months. For senior management positions, it is 1 year. If the candidate leaves your company within this period, we will find you a new candidate free of charge
