23.11. 2017 The winners of the 13th annual TOP MSP 2017 competition were announced by the Regional Chamber of Economic Affairs of Brno. We ranked among the top 12 ranked firms and won 10th spot. It was a great honor to stand on the stage at the announcement of TOP Company 2017 together with companies areal SLATINA, a.s., Arch.Design, s.r.o., Maximus Resort, a.s., Hotel International Brno, a.s., CCB, spol. s r.o., HUTIRA — BRNO, s.r.o. Among these “dragons,” we won 10th spot!
I would like to thank my colleagues sincerely with this — FENIX team for their great and dynamic work, for their human and serious approach to candidates and customers alike. For in my opinion, workmanship, dynamism, humanity and seriousness are factors of almost any success.
If you’re asking, what did we deserve, what was evaluated? Here’s the answer:
- Corporate Bonita (Risk, solvency and morale of the company)
- Company’s dynamic growth
- Evaluation of the company’s financial health
- Evaluation of the use of the potential of the company’s employees
The evaluation was based on evidence of our Balance and Profit and Loss Statement with the status as of 31 December 2015 and 31 December 2016, and to send the registered recalculated worker stocks as of 31 December 2015 and dtto 2016.
