We participated in Brno Industry Week 2025, one of the Czech Republic’s most significant events for industrial leaders and innovators.
For three days (April 8–10), we had the opportunity to meet dozens of company representatives and experts in person at our stand in Hotel International.
Three days that showed the way
Brno became a vibrant hub of industrial innovation and digital transformation for a few days.
The event featured three thematic forums – Digital Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, and Cyber Security.
The speakers included experts in technology and production, renowned cybersecurity advocates, ethical hackers, and industrial visionaries.
We gained valuable insights, especially from discussions on:
-
connecting OT systems to networks and transitioning to the cloud,
-
measuring sustainability in manufacturing processes,
-
and of course, the essential role of the human factor in digital environments.
As one speaker aptly said on stage:
“Digitalisation is not a goal, but a tool. If we don’t truly understand it, it can easily become a dead end.”
🤝 Why did we take part?
Because headhunting is also part of industrial transformation.
Today, companies aren’t just searching for technology – they’re looking for the right people to lead change.
And that’s where we come in – whether it’s new projects, leadership transitions, or attracting talent that companies can’t find on their own.
Brno Industry Week welcomed nearly 400 participants, and it was far more than just a conference.
It was a launchpad for deeper connections and fresh ideas across the manufacturing sector.
We’re proud to have been part of it.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by – we look forward to what’s next!
