FENIX IN FORBES PODCAST – A COMPANY IN CRISIS? ALMOST EVERY COMPANY CAN BE SAVED, BUT IT’S ALL ABOUT TIME

Interim manager and Headhunter – what do they have in common when helping companies?

I accepted the invitation of Interim manager Jaroslav Skoták (https://skotakconsulting.cz/), Fenix Search Headhunting in practice.

Let´s discover in the podcast:

What brings us together on projects to help companies and why we can work in symbiosis with each other?

  1. We come in when the company no longer has the internal resources to handle a given situation/crisis and bring an external perspective and new sources of problem-solving
  2. Our common goal is to help the company
  3. We cooperate mainly in the form of substitution Interim management, i.e.:

In case of a long selection process, we can offer the company the services of an Interim manager who manages the given area of the company until a so-called permanent manager is brought in, who will be selected in a selection process carried out by Headhunters.

Interim managers approach Headhunters when they are about to finish a project and are looking for a permanent manager to take their place.

When Headhunters deal with a new client, and see that trying to fill a particular position is just an attempt to patch up a much more complex problem, we will offer the company the services of our partner Interim manager. He or she can do a free analysis, consultation and proposal to solve the company’s complex problem.

What is the difference between crisis management and Interim management?

How do you know if your business is on the brink of a crisis and why not be afraid and ashamed to approach an Interim or crisis manager?
