Bc. LUCIE SEDLÁČKOVÁ – FOUNDER, CEO, AND THE HEAD AND HEART OF FENIX SEARCH
Lucie founded FENIX in 2012 after working her way up from a consultant in an international agency to an independent entrepreneur. She has been active in recruitment and executive search since 2005, focusing on filling managerial and expert roles in technical and industrial companies. What sets her apart is her intuition, which allows her to read not only candidates but also clients’ unspoken needs.
Lucie is the driving force of the team. She can name things directly, yet with empathy. She loves new challenges, technology, psychology, and business, and knows how to connect them into a functional whole. Clients appreciate her goal orientation and her ability to perceive context. She believes that good headhunting is not just about searching but about precise alignment. Her passions include sports, art, folklore traditions and life itself.
Bc. TEREZA NECHVÍLOVÁ, BA (Hons) – HEADHUNTER, PARTNER AT FENIX SEARCH, AND STRATEGIC THINKER
Tereza has over 13 years of recruitment and headhunting experience – from startups to multinational corporations. She specialises in hiring for engineering, sales, management, and highly specialised positions. She enjoys the diversity, pace, and constant need to stay one step ahead.
Her strengths include strategic thinking and the ability to perceive both details and broader context. She knows how to ask the right questions to get to the heart of the brief. She builds long-term relationships based on trust and respect. Tereza is an avid traveller, loves yoga and the sauna – tools that help her handle demanding projects with calm and perspective.
Mgr. RENATA HALADOVÁ – HEADHUNTER, COACH, AND ETERNAL SEEKER OF MEANING
Renata has been in HR for over 12 years. She has experience from both in-house and agency environments. She understands both sides of the recruitment process. Her expertise includes ICT, automotive, engineering, sales, and marketing. In addition to recruitment, she also focuses on coaching and outplacement.
She loves the depth that Executive Search brings. She believes every meeting has meaning – and that the right candidate always appears at the right time. Her style is intuitive, sensitive, yet decisive. She enjoys life and everything it brings – and approaches her work with the same attitude.
Ing. MARKÉTA DOLEŽALOVÁ – HEADHUNTER, MANAGER, AND MULTI-TALENTED PROFESSIONAL
Markéta’s career path has been diverse – from HR to finance. She has been involved in recruitment since 2015, starting with a large-scale hiring project for Amazon. Later, she helped a small IT company grow from 10 to 130 employees.
Her strengths include drive and the ability to understand the needs of both clients and candidates. She works well with both data and emotions. Her professional philosophy is simple: connect the right people in a way that makes sense for both sides. She loves challenges, climbing via ferratas, yoga, and cooking – and even in her career, she looks for ways to do things differently and with joy.
Ing. ZUZANA VESELÁ – HEADHUNTER, ANALYST, AND A WOMAN WITH THE ENDURANCE OF A WILD GOOSE
Zuzana has been active in Executive Search since 2010, with experience ranging from sales and finance to operations and C-level placements in manufacturing, services, healthcare, and even agriculture. Her approach is based on sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to truly listen to clients and candidates alike.
Her perseverance is legendary. Like a wild goose, she knows where she’s going – and gets there, even against the wind. She connects people who have something to say to one another. She loves nature, gardening, and spending time with her family. Her calmness, inner strength, and ability to read between the lines make her an exceptional partner for complex projects.
