She brings with her 13 years of experience in Executive Search, along with empathy, determination, and the rare ability to connect the right people at the right time.
Zuzana has a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, agriculture, healthcare and retail. Her expertise spans from middle management to C-level roles. Clients can look forward to a search process built on understanding, trust, and meticulous preparation and execution.

What are you looking forward to at FENIX SEARCH?
I’m excited about projects that challenge and inspire me, deep conversations, and a team built on mutual trust and shared direction. I’m genuinely happy to be part of this – I love those moments when we find just the right person, and I see joy and relief in both the client’s and the candidate’s eyes. That’s deeply fulfilling for me.
What’s your area of expertise – roles and industries?
I have a solid background in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, agriculture, FMCG and retail. My clients are mainly international companies, but also family-owned businesses. I work on positions from middle to top management across all departments – from assistant roles (rarely), to finance, sales, marketing, operations, and all the way up to CxO level.
What’s one headhunting myth you’d like to bust?
“Executive Search is expensive and not worth it.” But how much does it cost when a key hire goes wrong? Not just money, but time, reputation, team energy. A great headhunter saves both. We bring know-how, a targeted approach, and the ability to find talent that wouldn’t otherwise be in play. An investment in a precise search pays off many times over.
If your approach had a motto, what would it be?
“If you can dream it, you can do it.” — Walt Disney
That goes double for headhunting. I look for ways, not excuses. When I see purpose and potential, I go all in. It’s about truly listening, understanding the context, and not being afraid to step off the beaten path.
What recruitment fail taught you the most?
At the beginning of one project, I didn’t clearly align expectations with the client—what a “relevant profile” meant or that it was a confidential search. The result? Misunderstanding, loss of trust, and the end of the project. Since then, I’ve devoted even more time to preparation. Openness and clear boundaries are the foundation of every good collaboration.
