The selection process was fully managed by Ms Sedláčková. The candidate selection territory was Romania. Ms Sedláčková got acquainted with the location, the state of the industry and the situation on the labour market very quickly. She headhunted enough interesting candidates for us who matched our requirements. Rounds 1 and 2 of the selection process were conducted by video interview. We also used psychological testing of candidates (also online and in their native language – Romanian).
