I often hear they’re not candidates. I certainly don’t agree with that – there are plenty of candidates. You just need to know where and how to look for them. That’s why I’m 23. 3. 2017 attended Digital Recruitment Training.
Both leaflets and classic job offers websites are already out of date. There is a need to be where these candidates are present, and these are social networks, among others. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram — yes, even these social networks can be used to recruit, very efficiently.
Thanks to training, I am able to use different communication channels and applications to recruit clients and can streamline recruitment campaigns that will take on more relevant candidates.
